Because we sometimes travel throughout Maine and New Hampshire to pick up new inventory, we thought perhaps our customers would like to know if we plan to be near their area at any time, in order to deliver heavier or more fragile items for less than a shipping company might charge.

So here’s a quick overview of some upcoming travel. We’ll try to stay on top of this in case it’s helpful for you! (The above photo is of our constant travel companions.)

Please Note Our Delivery Fees: Generally, our delivery charge is $15.00 around town (Lewiston/Auburn) or anywhere along a route we might be traveling on. (It can take time to package up inventory to be able to deliver it to you safely, and then time to go out of our way and actually do the delivery.) If you’re more than about a mile off the route we’re traveling on, there’s an additional cost of $1.98 per mile that we have to travel off our route.

On Sunday, January 31, 2021, we will be in South Paris (ME) by about 6:30 am, and returning to Lewiston-Auburn around 9:30. After that, we’ll be traveling to Old Town (ME) from Lewiston-Auburn (ME), leaving here at about 10:00 am and arriving up there by noon or so. As above, we can deliver within a mile along the route for $15.00 that morning, or further off the route for $1.98 per mile.  There will not be room in the Jeep to deliver on our return to Lewiston-Auburn, or our return from Old Town.

On Monday, February 1st, I’ll be heading to Brunswick (ME) around 9:15 am, and returning to Lewiston by noontime.

For the rest of Monday, February 1st, and all day Tuesday the 2nd, Thursday the 4th, and Friday the 5th, I’ll be working at my office management business, out of my own office (where some of our inventory is stored) or at my clients’ offices… all in Lewiston (ME). If you’d like to pick up an item, I’m more than happy to be here for you, but need a specific time so I can make sure I’m available. (And of course, I do have meetings via Zoom that are conducted from my office, and which I must be in full attendance for!)

On Thursday, February 4th, I’ll be heading to North Yarmouth from Lewiston-Auburn around 4:30, and can deliver in the Gray-Yarmouth-Pineland area around that time.

On Saturday, February 6th, we’ll be traveling to Harpswell (ME) at some point in the morning. The time is dependent on other factors we aren’t yet sure of, but we’ll probably be leaving Lewiston-Auburn around 9:00 and returning around 10:30 or so. We will be stopping off in Brunswick at some point; probably on the trip back from Harpswell. We can definitely deliver in the morning, but won’t know until late Wednesday night if we can deliver on the return trip.

Quite probably on Sunday, February 7th, we’ll be traveling to Ossipee (NH) from Lewiston-Auburn (ME). We can transport inventory along the route there, but not on the way back. We won’t know the time – or even if it’s definite yet – until early Saturday evening, the 6th.

Please Note: If we do have to deviate from our planned route i.e. by driving 10 miles out of our way, it would require adjusting our time schedule somewhat, meaning we’d have to leave earlier in order to still arrive at our destination on time.

Any and all items plus delivery charges must be paid for in advance.
