Remember this black bear, glass-topped coffee table from… when? The 60s? Well, it’s back!
Well, perhaps not back but this one has survived the decades. He’s awfully cute, and perfect for a rustic camp or mancave!
Condition: It’s in decent shape but definitely has some dings and blemishes. You can see the white spots where small pieces of bear – which has multiple ridges like the old popcorn ceilings – have rubbed or broken off. (I’m thinking a black magic marker, shoe polish or furniture scratch fix-it would do the trick.)
The beveled glass, which is wicked heavy, is in perfect condition.
The one other problem is that the felt or cloth backing on the bear’s back (where it meets the floor) is missing. It might be a good idea to replace it, although there’s probably no real need.
Dimensions: The bear is 15″ high x 15″ deep x 26″ long. The glass top is 43″ wide by 32″ deep by 1/4″ thick. This is a large coffee table.
Price: $125.00. Plus the 5.5% required Maine State Sales Tax of $6.88, for a total of $131.88.
Unless we’re having a sale, which would be listed here, our prices are firm.
Shipping & Delivery: Free local pickup. We can deliver within Lewiston-Auburn for a $15.00 delivery fee, or Gray/Portland (along the 202 Route, or just off it) early Wednesday mornings for the same $15.00. We don’t recommend shipping this piece as the price would be prohibitive.
