This stunning hardwood chair is taking up too much room in my office right now, but I really don’t mind.  In fact, I love it, and will be quite sad when it sells.

I guarantee you… sit yourself in this chair with a tankard of dark beer, beside a winter’s night fire, and you will feel the echoes of the ages.  Man, it probably doesn’t come any better than that.

Condition:  It’s in great shape, other than a few cosmetic dings and blemishes.  The carvings are intact, including the one on the chair’s back.  The one area that has me somewhat puzzled is a carved panel at the top of the chair’s back, which appears to be made from a different wood, doesn’t match the rest of the chair’s carvings, and is slightly loose.

Dimensions:  24 1/2″ W x 24″ D x 39″ H.  It’s 14 1/2″ from the floor to the seat.  It’s a large chair.

Price:  $295.00.  Plus the 5.5% required Maine State Sales Tax of $16.23, for a total of $311.23.

Shipping & Delivery:  Free local pickup.  We can deliver within Lewiston-Auburn for a $15.00 delivery fee, or Gray/Portland (along the 202 Route, or just off it) early Wednesday mornings for the same $15.00.  We don’t recommend shipping this piece as the price would be prohibitive.
