This is a super cute little white vanity or desk with an upholstered stool. The auction house said this would look great in any little girl’s room but I’m thinking it would be perfect for any fairly short person. (My daughter is just a smidge under 5’0″, and this would be a great piece for her if she didn’t already have exactly what she needs!)
The trifold mirror can detach for ease of transport, or for use elsewhere.
The 3 jewelry displays are not included, but can be for an additional $20.00 (for all).
Dimensions: The vanity itself is about 30″ high x 31 1/2″ wide; the knee space is about 24″. Other measurements to come.
According to Breslin.com: The knee space under the desk should be 20 to 26 inches high, no less than 20 to 24 inches wide, and 12 to 15 inches deep. Drawers installed below the work surface are generally larger than those above it. Upper drawers are typically used to store small items such as pens, paper clips, stamps, and personal effects.
More info can be found on their blog here: http://www.brezlin.com/design/deskguidelines.html#:~:text=The%20knee%20space%20under%20the,%2C%20stamps%2C%20and%20personal%20effects.
Condition: We won’t have this set in our possession until late Saturday, but according to the auction house, it’s in great shape both structurally and cosmetically… and this particular auction house has always done a fabulous job with its descriptions so I’m pretty confident that it’s in great shape.. I do not yet know the specific type of wood material it’s constructed of.
FIRM Price: $115.00, plus 5.5% Maine State Sales Tax of $6.33 for a total of $121.33.
Unless we’re having a sale, which would be listed here, our prices are firm.
Our Apologies, But Holds Over 24 Hours Must Now Provide a 50% Deposit: As we’ve gotten busier, I’m spending a great deal of time juggling multiple requests for the same item. Most of the time, something comes up in the customer’s life that prevents him or her from getting here, but sometimes I never do here from them again. And in the meantime, other customers who are asking about the item end up moving on when the chair or art or garden statue or whatever isn’t immediately available. So without a deposit, I’ll now have to implement a First Come, First Served policy.
Shipping & Delivery: Free local pickup. We can deliver within Lewiston-Auburn for a $10.00 delivery fee, or Gray/Portland (along the 202 Route, or just off it) early Wednesday mornings for the same $10.00. Shipping would be rather expensive for this set.
