Right now, “Oink” is stopping my office door.  Or holding it up.  Or keeping it open.  Or something.  

It doesn’t matter what he’s doing; he’s adorable as all get out.

I searched the internet looking for a similar pig to see if there was any cool information I could offer about him.  After looking through literally hundreds of photos of cast iron pig door stops that either have sold (through antique shops and auctions) or are currently for sale, I found only one that is identical to Oink – and the price on it is $75.00!

Condition:  Oink is in excellent condition, right down to the tip of his very curly tail.

Dimensions:   Misplaced the measurements!  Will have to update later.  I think he’s about 10″ long by 6″ high.  He’s good and heavy.

Price:  $44.00.  Plus 5.5% Maine State Sales Tax of $2.42, for a total of $46.42.
