I don’t know the age of these two His and Hers chairs, but they were eventually reupholstered in the green plush/velvet that you now see.  There’s a tag under the shorter, squarish chair with the name of an upholsterer in New Hampshire, and what appears to be the date: 5/85.

Both chairs have those wonderful brass studs along the back and other edges.  The feet are the same, so they did originally come as a pair.

Please excuse the photos… we’ve gotten a lot of furniture in, and are running out of room, so you’ll see other furniture in the background at times.  Also, I don’t know the colors are off in some photos, the chairs are almost a pine (deep) green, not the bluish turquoise-y green it seems to show up as.

Condition:  Both chairs are in used, excellent condition.

Dimensions:  
His (the square one): 30″W x 30″D x 18″ to the seat, and 31″ H 
Hers (the more prim wingback): 25″W x 30″D x 16″ to the seat x 40″ H.
