Condition: Seem like new. The original boxes and certificates are not available although each plate has the information inscribed on the reverse

Dimensions: Each plate is 8″ in diameter.

7 Pieces Light Blue Wedgewood: Jasperware Bridge Set inc Cigarette Jar & Lighter, and Trumpet Vase

This is a lovely set of antique Wedgewood.

Condition: Very good. No chips or cracks noted. The cigarette jar does have some discoloration on the cover. It is unknown if the cigarette lighter is usable as such.

Very Nice Little Antique One-Drawer Side Table

This is a nice little antique side table that would be fabulous if someone had the time and skill to put into refinishing it. It’s still quite lovely, and many would be happy with it, as is.

I’ll post better photos when there’s some natural light.

Condition: Structurally, it’s in great shape. Aesthetically, it has the expected blemishes that come with age.

Dimensions: 18″ wide x 14″ deep x 26″ high.

Lovely Lamp with Cut-Out Shade and Leaf Pattern Motif

This is a lovely leaf pattern ceramic lamp with a cut & pierced shade also in a leaf motif.

Condition: Very good. No flaws or blemishes noted.

Dimensions: Overall it’s about 25 inches high; the shade is about 14 inches in diameter.

SOLD! Old Arts & Crafts Style Wood Plant Stand

Small Table Doesn’t Look Like Much, But It’s Solid

I’m selling this old table for someone else, and it’s been sitting in my small kitchen for a bit… Even though it’s rather plain looking, it’s been wicked helpful as a catchall for heavy items, groceries and so forth.

I suspect it was previously used as a potting or plant table, but who knows?

Condition: This table is solid!

Dimensions: 24 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 24 inches high

Lovely Little Antique Mahogany (?) 3 Tier Corner Shelf

Firm Price: $38.00

This is a beautiful piece. Check out the finials on each tier… it’s really very nice.

Condition: Aesthetically it’s lovely with very few scratches or blemishes. But the two front legs don’t stay on well; the finials screw in, and as long as the shelf isn’t moved, they hold firmly in place.

The rear leg has had its screw hole stripped which makes it a bit wobbly, and the leg will just fall off if the piece is picked up.

I could have thrown some wood glue in the screw holes of each of the legs but chose not to. Someone who knows what s/he is doing can make the decision to repair it properly… or you can just do the wood glue trick!

Dimensions: 28 inches high by 16 inches wide and 13 inches deep.

There’s a boatload of “stuff” in this box, some used, and some new:
… a waffle maker
… a pencil style meat thermometer
… a set of skewers
… a set of “Double Skewers” (appear to be new in box)
… a shrimp cleaner
… a garlic cutter
… 3 very nice pottery ice cream dishes
… and all sorts of things I’ve never used (and I’ve been cooking for over 50 years!).

It’s possible I’ll be adding more items as I continue working on this estate sale!

Condition: Everything seems in good, usable condition. The house was very clean and well taken care of, so even though I haven’t examined every piece carefully, I fully expect it all to be in similar condition.

SOLD! Realistic MTA-11 Model Vintage Radio Shack Radio – with a surprise on back!

Years ago thieves broke into my clients’ home and stole a number of items, including this desk top model radio – which wasn’t vintage at the time.

The thieves were readily caught when trying to use a stolen credit card, and the radio was among the items recovered… which is why it has the red tape marked EVIDENCE on the back!

I tried to peel off the tape but it didn’t seem to want to come off willingly, and I wasn’t thrilled about marking up the radio back, so you can have it with the EVIDENCE tape and all!

Condition: Unknown; untested. However it apparently had been used fairly recently as it was on a dresser in a bedroom of the home it came from.
