Sold! Beautiful Old Record Cabinet

This is a lovely piece that’s good and solid with no exterior blemishes or flaws. However, the inside of the cabinet could use some work. It seems someone decided to move the shelving around, and at least one is now missing.

However, it’s still a beauty and still usable.

Four Rolling Pins of Various Ages & Styles (price is for all)

Every kitchen needs several rolling pins, right? Ummm… my kitchen only has one, but that’s because I rarely bake any more. (Mine is a Nordic design, made of a single piece of wood that tapers on either end to create handles.)

Anyway…!! How about them pins?

Condition: All are in good condition, with varying degrees of use-related wear.

Sold! Wonderful Antique Bedroom Set (price is for all pieces)

This is a beautiful antique bedroom set, consisting of a full sized bed, three dressers, a side chair, mirror and quilt rack.

Condition: Very good. I haven’t checked all the pieces extensively, but based on the condition of everything else I’ve found in the home, I expect it’s all been well taken care of.

The dresser drawers are not on rails so have some minor sticking, which may also be from having been left in place with no heat in the house.

This is the kind of furniture I’ve seen in antique stores in larger cities, going for thousands of dollars.

Dimensions: Coming soon (I didn’t have my measuring tape with me!), but standard for the period.

4 Pieces Of Vintage Glasbake Cookware

Glasbake was introduced in 1917 and was designed to compete with Pyrex.

Condition: Fair. Each piece has a number of small chips, which would be expected from vintage items that were in frequent use.

Dimensions:

The rectangular GLASBAKE 284 is 10 3/4 inches wide, excluding the handles which make it 11 3/4 inches wide by 7 inches tall by 2 1/4 inches deep

The small pie plate is unmarked, but appears to have Penn Dutch type etchings in it (as all of the pieces do) but no marks (eg doesn’t say Glasbske) and is 6 1/2 inches in diameter and 1 1/4” deep.

The larger pie plate is marked Glasbake 244 and is 9 1/2 inches in diameter by 1 3/4” deep.

The casserole is marked Glasbake 206 and is 8 inches in diameter x 3 inches.

2 Lovely Milkglass Candle Holders (and 2 plastic Christmas placemats)

The two milk glass candle holders are very nice. The plastic Christmas placemats are in good shape.

Condition: The candlesticks are like new

Dimensions: The placemats are 17 1/2 inches wide by 11 1/4 inches deep. The candle sticks are 4 1/2 inches in diameter by 4 inches high.

9 Pieces Of Interesting Straw/Woven Basketry And Trivets

Three of the pieces in this lot appear to be very good quality and in excellent condition. They may even have been made by indigenous peoples. They are the shallow basket on the right and two large trivets in the back.

Condition: With the exception of the white trivet in the front (which is in good condition but stained) all pieces are in very good to unused condition.

Dimensions:

The pair of 1 black and 1 off-white tributes are approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter.

The two covered baskets: one is 7 1/2 inches long by 5 3/4 inches deep by 3 1/2 inches high. The smaller one is 6 1/2 inches long by 4 3/4 inches deep by 2 3/4 inches high,

The set of three matching items (indigenous made?): the basket is 8 inches deep by 13 inches wide, including the handles which add about 3 inches to it by 2 1/2 inches deep. The two woven trivets are 9 inches in diameter.

Price: $30.00 for all 9 pieces (includes covers to 2 baskets)

I found this exact kitchen scale listed on one high end website for nearly $500.00. I’ve also seen reproductions of this scale listed for anywhere between $50-$100.

Condition: Unaltered original condition. You’ll want a long hook (at least 6″) for clearance.
